Equity Derivatives Specialist

Reporting to the Head of Equity Derivatives Services, your role will involve the following:

1. Work closely with Equity Derivatives Trading to select and price Structured Warrants (“SW”) issued by Kenanga Investment Bank.
2. Manage the life cycle of SW from issuance to expiry.
3. Manage and coordinate the issuance and workflow of the Base Prospectus for SW.
4. Liaise with internal departments such as Group Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Operations, and Company Secretarial.
5. Interface with external stakeholders, including Bank Negara, the Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia, and other government entities.
6. Manage the life cycle of Over-the-Counter Equity-Linked Transactions issued by KIBB.

Requirements

1. 0-3 years of experience in stockbroking, investment banking, legal, credit, research, risk management, compliance, audit, or related departments.
2. A degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, commerce, or a related field.
3. Ability to interact with various levels of seniority within and outside the organization.
4. Capability to work within prescribed timelines with an aptitude for multitasking is desirable.
5. Good written and spoken English.
