Equity Derivatives Analyst

Reporting to the Head of Equity Derivatives Services, your role will involve the following:

• Work closely with Equity Derivatives Trading to select and price Structured Warrants (“SW”) issued by Kenanga Investment Bank.
• Manage the life cycle of SW from issuance to expiry.
• Manage and coordinate the issuance and workflow of the Base Prospectus for SW.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Group Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Operations, and Company Secretarial.
• Interface with external stakeholders, including Bank Negara, the Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia, and other government entities.
• Manage the life cycle of Over-the-Counter Equity-Linked Transactions issued by KIBB.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in stockbroking, investment banking, legal, credit, research, risk management, compliance, audit, or related departments.
• A degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, commerce, or a related field.
• Ability to interact with various levels of seniority within and outside the organization.
• Capability to work within prescribed timelines with an aptitude for multitasking is desirable.
• Good written and spoken English.
