Responsibilities

• Responsible for production area repair and maintenance activities including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Carry out equipment maintenance services as per preventative maintenance (PM) schedule and specification.
• Responsible for equipment fixing and support operator to return equipment into production mode.
• Sustain production operation with minimum machine breakdowns and repairing time.
• Report any observation/finding during fixing, maintenance, or calibration activities.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the production and maintenance support areas.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, EHS standards, and other relevant policies/standards.
• Assist Engineers in carrying out engineering assessment, experiments, advance problem solving and project support.
• Provide On-the-Job-Training (OJT) to new joiners.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities, including feedback to improve equipment stability and performance.
• Update documents (checklist, SOP and parts list).

Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
• Preferably with experience and or background in equipment/machinery operation, diagnosing, troubleshooting and AOI.
• Preferably with electronics & electrical background.
• Requires knowledge/experience on electronic equipment/Automation Machine.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate and documentation skills.
• Flexibility with job responsibility and shift assignments (able to perform 12-hours shift).
