Plan and design stage layout and queue flow including control booth, PowerPoints, operations theory.
Supervise and monitor daily operations and staff performance, actively leading and supporting the operation team to meet the company's goals and objectives.
Customer service recovery.
Explore business opportunities and develop new concepts and ideas.
Determine workflow processes.
Lead the Internal & External Audit.
Work with IP Partners to obtain approvals.
