Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Assistant Manager, Enrolment & Admissions to join our esteemed team at ELS Language Centres. This pivotal role involves overseeing all facets of student recruitment and admissions, with a primary focus on achieving enrolment targets while upholding exceptional service standards throughout the admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies to meet and exceed enrolment goals.
  2. Manage the enrolment process from initial inquiry to final enrolment, ensuring timely and insightful follow-ups with prospective students regarding available programmes and admission requirements.
  3. Supervise and mentor a team of Sales Coordinators, guiding them in best practices for lead management and follow-up.
  4. Conduct daily sales meetings with the Sales & Marketing team to assess lead statuses, address challenges, and align on performance targets.
  5. Optimize the use of HubSpot CRM for tracking leads, enhancing student engagement, and managing the admissions pipeline efficiently.
  6. Foster relationships with educational agents to bolster recruitment efforts and ensure agents are well-informed about our programmes and admission criteria.
  7. Engage actively with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders to cultivate positive relationships that promote enrolment.
  8. Analyze enrolment trends and prepare reports on recruitment performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Ensure that all enrolment practices comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, safeguarding data privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field is required.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in student enrolment, admissions, or related roles within an educational institution or language centre.
  3. Demonstrated experience in supervising sales teams or coordinators, showcasing strong leadership skills.
  4. Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, is essential.
