To conduct teaching and provide academic support and ensure that programmes are delivered in accordance with the prescribed standard/quality.
To monitor student report progress in terms of academic performance and attendance.
To offer academic counselling and pastoral care to all students.
Nurture student talents and potential through extracurricular activities.
Involve in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
Work in collaboration with sales and marketing to achieve targeted student enrolment, including organizing seminars, college activities, open days and programme previews.
Requirements
Must possess a Master’s Degree in related discipline (TESOL).
A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in tertiary education. Relevant industrial experience is considered as an added value.
Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in facilitating teaching and learning.
Experience in blended learning teaching.
Familiar with MQA and MOHE requirements and specifications is an added advantage.
