Engineering Manager (Injection)

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): technical drawing, tool design, injection troubleshooting, computer knowledge.
3. Experience in the Plastic Injection Moulding, tooling, engineering, and project management field is required for this position.
4. Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee overall injection engineering department.
2. Manage PPAP / Project time plan.
3. New tooling issues.
4. Manage process study and continuous improvement.
5. Manage customer property.
6. Support related departments for process troubleshooting and quality improvement.
