The Engineering Coordinator provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Engineering Department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include:
Assist with daily administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation for the Engineering Department.
Prepare meeting minutes and manage departmental schedules and updates.
Handle procurement processes, including placing orders, monitoring deliveries, and updating the Director of Engineering on inventory and store status.
Coordinate and communicate with other departments, consultants, contractors, and suppliers regarding task requests, part orders, and project requirements.
Assist and liaise with relevant authorities and subcontractors on matters related to engineering operations.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director of Engineering.
