Responsible for operating selected machinery/equipment to ensure it performs as per KPI. Prepare the production report once the shift work is finished.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and preventive maintenance on designated machines/equipment based on TPM requirements.
Minimize downtime during production.
Communicate with team members and superiors to find solutions for continuous improvement.
Complete repair work or machine adjustments within the given time to avoid excessive time loss.
Standby at the machine or working station to ensure smooth production conditions and feed raw material to the process when required.
Prepare daily reports and improvement actions when abnormalities occur.
Establish/revise/update all formats based on needs or issues.
Prepare daily technical reports and submit them to superiors for review.
Participate in presentations during monthly technical meetings.
Engage in problem-solving discussions when issues related to the machine arise.
Prepare corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Etika Quality System.
Conduct quality control inspections for production processes and finished products to ensure compliance with protocols and design.
Carry out filling line CIP from chemicals preparation, execution, and effectiveness verification (only for filler).
Perform sampling of materials and products for QA confirmation or analysis (for packaging).
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
2 years of working experience in the related field.
