Create and enter components master detail including but not limited to description, unit of measure, weights and dimensions, items attributes that drive MRP (Material Resource Planning).

Itemize Bill of material creation and maintenance for all items, new and changing components, route creation and maintenance.

Assist as needed with cross functional teams in matters pertaining ERP item master detail.

Collaborate with internal data owners to resolve issues with missing product attributes.

Prepare the master data load files and/or manually input the changes directly into ERP.

Control changes to master data to support the modification to existing products and phase out of products from forecasting, purchasing, production, sales, and storage function.

Ad-hoc assignments related to item data integrity.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Technical Certificate or equivalent.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Communication capability with all levels.

Interpersonal skills.

Good oral and written communication skills.
