Engineer, Security Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support and troubleshoot existing Security Endpoint Product Anti-virus, Virtual Patching, Privilege Identity Management, Hardening, DLP Endpoint, Email & Web Protection.
2. Provide day-to-day operation support for any Security Endpoint solution request/incident/hands-on/enhancement.
3. Responsible for the provisioning, configuration and administration for any Security Endpoint solution.
4. Identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from any threat detected across Security Endpoint solution.
5. Provide comprehensive Security Endpoint policy based on best practices and on-demand to ensure security and protection.
6. Manage vendors for any tech refresh, exploring new features, and support for any Security Endpoint solution.
7. Manage compliance of the security tool update of signature/definition and tool version for servers and PCs.
8. Compile and report status of progress including ensuring up-to-date SOP.
9. Provide regional support for endpoint security tools including consolidation.
