JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide support for Patch Management for Windows Operating Systems, servers, and workstations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Patch management: coordination, planning, and tracking.
2. Perform patching and updates on Windows Operating system via MECM or manual either for server or workstation.
3. MECM Management: MECM infra management and schedule deployment.
4. WSUS Management: download patch and schedule deployment.
5. Audit Management: planning, remediation, and tracking.
6. Obsolescence management: tracking.

1. Knowledge in Windows Server Operating System (OS clean up, Windows Updates, and Patches).
2. Basic knowledge in Unix Operating System (Linux/Solaris/AIX) will be an advantage.
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (GPO settings, DNS).
4. Knowledge in Servers Virtualization Concepts (Virtual Machines).
5. Knowledge with Windows patching tools (WSUS or MECM).
