Engineer IT Customer Support

Our MNC client is seeking an experienced Engineer IT Customer Support to join their dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Shah Alam, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Providing remote and on-site support to users, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software.
• Documenting and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
• Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall experience.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve system performance and reliability.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support or IT help desk role.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT-related issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, customer-centric attitude.
• Proficiency in using IT support tools, ticketing systems, and remote access software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
