Engineer Data Scientist

In your new role you will:

• Development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions, execution of data mining projects/use cases
• Identify and implement potential savings for higher efficiency in data mining and advanced analytics applications
• Enable and build connections between different sources of data/information
• Development and evaluation of innovative prototypes/pilots including selection of tools and methods
• Contribute to network of stakeholders across sites and departments
• Close interaction in interdisciplinary teams and senior experts from different areas and central functions
• Generate training concepts and material
• Be aware of relevant state-of-the-art statistical methods for relevant data
• Communicate and present methods and results to different levels of management
• Contribute to strategy and roadmap generation in area of expertise regarding methods and business strategy in alignment with management
• Methodical support of frontend technology departments by defining and evaluating solutions

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a field like Data science/analytics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• Expertise in Data Visualization, Knime, Tableau, Excel, SQL/Access databases, SAP Business Objects/Intelligence, Python, or JavaScript, C
• Understanding of business processes and Semiconductor process experience is an advantage
• Analytical skills and highly motivated to approach new challenges
• Strong communication and presentation skills
