Job Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure FEMS Civil operation activities (Plan Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Routine Inspection, Proactive Maintenance and User Request) and Sustainability Programme (Indoor Air Quality and Energy Management) are executed according to the Concession Agreement requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Plan, execute and control FEMS Civil approved annual budget for Revenue (Fees, Variation Order, Reimbursable Work, Energy Performance Contracting, Energy Management and Indoor Air Quality) and Expenditures (Maintenance cost, Contractor cost and Operation cost) to achieve company Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
- Identify and provide reports (Technical Report, Technical Professional Advice, Condition Appraisal, Monthly deduction mapping report, Incident report, Life Cycle Assessment, Benchmarking and related Civil drawings) that are prepared, reviewed and submitted to MoH (Hardcopy and Assets & Services Information System) as per Concession Agreement.
- Represent company management in various Internal Meetings (Validation Committee Meeting, Privatise Committee Meeting, Mesyuarat Pembangunan, Operation Theatre Committee Meeting, ILKKM Committee Meeting and Quarters Committee Meeting) and External Meetings (Local Authorities, DOSH, JKN, BOMBA and TNB) to meet hospital’s requirements.
- Execute and ensure Health, Safety & Environment compliance and activities (Tools box briefing, Work place inspection, BEAKON, safety committee (HIRADC, EASI) and safety day) as per company’s policy.
- Control FEMS Civil services to meet the compliance of Quality and Environment Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007) and Statutory & Regulatory (DOSH, DOE, Energy Commission, SPAN and local authority) in line with ISO standard and legal regulations.
- Sustain stakeholder management for Internal (Head Quarters, Regional Office and Hospital Support Services) and External (Engineering Division Department, Ministry of Health and Local Authorities) parties in order to comply with company vision and mission.
- Plan and execute staff performance and development internal/external activities (Training Need Analysis, On Job Training, Performance Monitoring System, Key Performance Indicator and Competencies Training) as required by Man Power Norm and the company.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
- Preferable candidates with the hospital’s support services experience.
