Engineering - Software (Information & Communication Technology)

• Study and analyze system infrastructure technical problems, provide solutions and training.
• Coordinate and cooperate with other departments while troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Review troubleshooting reports, cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
• Plan and work according to safety procedures.
• Manage spare parts at a reasonable level.
• Study and execute equipment revamp projects for improvement.
• Improve troubleshooting procedures and reduce maintenance costs.
• Review and study the performance of preventive maintenance and corrective actions to be taken.
• Collect and set up technical documents of drawings, manuals, and technical information for maintenance purposes.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of Level 2, PMIS, UMS, AIoT platform, EMS, and any other assigned computer systems on the production floor.
• Manage and optimize the systems mentioned above in terms of network security, hardware & system performance.
• Analyze and support technical problems which might involve consulting experts or exploring appropriate tools for assistance.
• Follow instructions from superiors and accomplish the assigned job.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or related field.
• Fresh graduates/Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in programming languages VB.NET, C#, or Python and networking will be an added advantage.
