The Position
Join our team as a ELM Senior Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality service delivery, HR support, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, customer-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and ensure high-quality data maintenance within the system and support for various HR processes as needed.
- Deliver customer service by addressing HR inquiries, managing requests, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR-related activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Manage service quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coach and guide new team members, supporting quality control and improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- We are seeking an individual with a degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in an HR area and/or working experience in a team and service delivery or customer care environment.
- Strong HR generalist skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, customer focus, and a growth mindset.
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities and navigating complex data structures.
- Requires proficiency in standard IT applications, particularly Google Suite and Excel, and a solid understanding of Workday HR processes.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) are essential as the role will need to support Mandarin-speaking countries.
