We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer Lead with a strong background in Python and Java. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional experience in software development, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of front-end and back-end principles with extensive experience in setting up & leading a team of software developers/engineers. As a lead in a startup environment, you will guide a team of developers to design, build, and optimize robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
2. Oversee and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
3. Develop and maintain applications using Python and Java.
4. Ensure software architecture aligns with business requirements and technical best practices.
5. Manage code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with organizational goals.
