Job Responsibilities

1. Perform all IVF laboratory procedures, including oocyte retrieval, sperm preparation, insemination, embryo culture, cryopreservation, and embryo transfer support.
2. Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of laboratory records in accordance with quality and regulatory standards.
3. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with all safety, ethical, and medical guidelines.
4. Participate in quality control and assurance programmes to uphold lab excellence.
5. Collaborate with the clinical and nursing team to deliver a seamless patient experience.
6. Stay abreast of developments in embryology and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science, Clinical Embryology, or related field. A Master’s Degree or certification in Clinical Embryology is an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 2–3 years' experience working in an IVF laboratory.
3. Strong knowledge of IVF laboratory techniques and cryopreservation protocols.
4. Excellent attention to detail, dexterity, and the ability to work in a high-pressure, emotionally sensitive environment.
5. Commitment to patient confidentiality, ethics, and continuous professional development.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
