Key Responsibilities

  • Product & Services Knowledge:
    Develop a deep understanding of the e-learning products and services offered by the company. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate product advantages.
  • Sales Presentations:
    Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs and goals of prospective clients. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the e-learning solutions.
  • Client Engagement:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their requirements and providing relevant solutions. Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and informative manner.
  • Sales Strategies:
    Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing materials and campaigns to drive sales. Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales objectives.
  • Negotiation And Closing:
    Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals. Ensure timely and accurate order processing and documentation for successful closures.
  • Customer Support:
    Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience. Act as a liaison between clients and the company's customer support and technical teams.
  • Report And Analysis:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and deals. Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends in e-learning. Identify new opportunities for growth and product development based on market research.
  • Training And Development:
    Continuously update knowledge and skills related to e-learning products and sales techniques. Participate in training sessions and workshops provided by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • [1-2] years of proven track record in sales, especially in the e-learning or education technology industry.
  • Proficient with MS Office 365.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for efficient data management and customer relationship tracking is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail to minimize errors on sales documents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills in resolving issues related to orders or inquiries.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
