Electrical Technician (Senai Industrial III)

• Performed electrical scheduled preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities following standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Conduct routine inspections and checks on machinery, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure optimal performance & compliance with safety.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and equipment manuals for maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motors, PLC systems, sensors, electrical control circuits, etc.
• Perform emergency repairs on machinery during production to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections.
• Collaborate with mechanical teams to ensure the reliability of production equipment.
• Assist in mold changes and machine setups for different production runs.
• Provide on-call support for urgent machine troubleshooting and repairs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, or a related field.
• Charge A0 Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic injection molding.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or on-call when required.
