* To coordinate and solve any technical problem within your knowledge to get the job done on time.

* To analyze and work independently on technical drawing, calculation, set-up, process, method, machine operations, tools, and equipment.

* To propose technical improvements in the fabrication process, method, and speed to meet company standards.

* To have the commitment to estimate hours and lead time when required.

* Responsible for arranging and completing all assignments job in time.

* To control the highest quality of products produced.

* Responsible for machining and arranging for machines to be serviced when required.

* To ensure the work surrounding and machine are kept clean and safe.

* To follow Work Instructions and Standard of Procedures accordingly.
