Job Responsibilities:

• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
• Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
• Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintains and repairs all electrical components of rides/facilities in the park.
• Carries out preventive maintenance on all rides/facilities in the park.
• Services and maintains all pumps and mechanical devices at the wet and dry park.
• Reports all faulty electrical components to your superior.
• Advises on electrical parts and tools required to carry out a task.
• Plans, arranges, and coordinates functions & events at Sunway Lagoon.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
