1. To carry out R&M services, troubleshooting for Low Voltage and Extra Low Voltage in hotel (including water pumps, lighting, etc.) in accordance with Engineering Integrated Management System requirements.
2. To record kWh consumption monthly and other physical parameter records.
3. Carry out the relevant Quality plans and Standard Operating Procedures.
4. Maintaining IMS documentation.
5. Ensure efficient and proper use of materials, equipment, and machines in order to reduce maintenance costs for the company.
6. Ensure compliance with authority requirements.
7. Maintain a safe work environment for staff and reduce environmental pollution.
8. Any other works assigned by Engineering Management from time to time.
