Are you an experienced Electrical Site Engineer passionate about renewable energy? Join us in driving Malaysia’s solar future! We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Site Engineer to oversee the electrical construction, quality control, and project execution at a solar power plant in Kedah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical construction and ensure compliance with approved drawings & specifications.
• Monitor EPC contractor activities, flag potential schedule delays, and enforce quality & safety standards.
• Conduct inspections, method statement reviews, and quality assurance testing.
• Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings with EPC contractors and project developers.
• Oversee contractor milestones, materials, labor, and workmanship to ensure project success.
• Maintain daily surveillance logs and submit periodic progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Review and analyze shop drawings, installation manuals, and material samples.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during installation, ensuring all work meets compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical site supervision, with at least 2-3 years in solar projects.
• Hands-on experience with EPC projects and electrical installation processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, electrical design software, and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and contractor management skills.
• HSE & quality compliance experience in site work.
