Supervise and coordinate instrument installation work as per AFC drawing and interpret equipment drawings, manuals and other technical information to assist with all works.
Monitor site working schedule and work progress.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction contractors and maintain daily supervisory surveillance checks and records to ensure that contractors' management and supervision are providing safe working conditions and permitting procedures.
Routinely study, check and review all contractor scope as detailed in drawings, specifications and instructions to ensure contractors' proper interpretation and compliance with the latest AFC drawings and specifications.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related certificate to the discipline.
Minimum 4 to 12 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry (Onshore/Offshore Construction) with at least 2 oil & gas projects (Onshore/Offshore Construction).
Registered with CIDB.
Familiar with various aspects of Onshore/Offshore Construction.
Familiar with instrument diagrams.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Good communication skills with contractors & direct labor.
Must have pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing experience.
