Supervise and coordinate cable laying installation work and electrical equipment installation as per AFC drawing.
Monitor site working schedule and work progress.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction contractors and maintain daily supervisory surveillance checks and records to ensure that contractor management and supervision are providing safe working conditions and permitting procedures.
Routinely study, check, and review all contractor scope as detailed in drawings, specifications, and instructions to ensure proper interpretation and compliance with the latest AFC drawings and specifications.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related certificate to the discipline.
Minimum 2 to 8 years of working experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Registered with Authority (ST/EC) for authorization of testing or operating. Preference: Chargeman certificate e.g. A0, A1.
Registered with CIDB.
Experience in Operation/Maintenance/Reliability.
Experience in handling at least 1 complete Project phase i.e. EPCC.
Offshore experience is an advantage.
Design, Engineering, & Consultancy experience is an advantage.
Inspection and Testing skill/techniques compliance with standards & law.
Familiar with PTS & Codes and Specifications: International Electrical Commission (IEC) and electrical design requirements.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and SLD competency.
Must have pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing experience.
