The role for Electrical Engineer will be based in our Melaka Plant. We offer a permanent role for this position, and you will be responsible for all activities in troubleshooting & repairing machines and managing & planning preventive maintenance.
We are looking for someone who has:
At least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferably candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
Knowledge in manufacturing machinery repairing and maintenance.
Good knowledge in PLC, inverter, and machinery operation systems.
Willingness to work in Melaka.
Malaysian citizens or those holding relevant residence status are preferred.

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
Experience in electrical, motor systems, and machine repairing.
Machine breakdown troubleshooting and maintaining machine operation with high uptime.
Reduce maintenance fees and manage stock control.
Design electrical systems by developing and testing components.
Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs and applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components and by soliciting observations from operators.
Assure product quality by designing electrical testing methods and testing finished products and system capabilities.
Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures and requesting repair service.
Plan preventive maintenance for electrical equipment.
Execute electrical and instrumentation maintenance tasks with quality.
Review maintenance activities, prioritize critical jobs, and carry out scheduled and chance-based maintenance of electrical equipment.
Conduct regular troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Carry out risk assessment and adhere to all safety norms in routine and shutdown jobs.
