Electrical Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical Building Services)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage, as role need personnel to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in consultancy for building constant industry.

Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.

Good project management skill and design knowledge in Electrical HT/LV, Vertical Transportation, ELV systems, M&E infrastructure.

Familiar with local codes and Authorities submission requirement.

Candidate with more than 3 year working experience will be considered for an Associate position.

Fresh graduates may be considered for the Junior Engineer post.

Preferable Local Candidates to apply.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details/schedules for projects.

Attend Client, consultant & site meetings.

Liaison and follow-up on authority submissions.

Liaison with Client/ Architects/ Structural Engineers/ Mechanical Engineer/ Electrical Engineer/ QS etc.

Produce the electrical services system design from concept to detail design.
