Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Tender documentation, Bill of Quantity (BQ), Contract Documents, Technical Reports; Pick up quantities, costing and related analysis.
2. Check design drawings and follow up on amendments, if any.
3. Submission of Claims, Variations, Reports for approval.
4. Responsible for project planning, documentation, and submissions. Monitor project implementation progress and coordination works; attend meetings with main and sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants.
5. Knowledge in HV/LV Power Distribution, Lightning Protection System, ELV System, ICT Services, Lift & Escalator System, Fire Protection Services, ACMV, Sanitary Plumbing Services, LPG System would be advantageous.
6. Any other tasks related to tender and implementation as assigned by superior officer. Reporting to Head of Department / Head of Section.

Skills:

1. Computer literacy knowledge in MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as working knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, BricsCAD, etc.
2. Degree or Diploma in Engineering field.
3. Minimum 2 years experience.
4. Good communication in English and Bahasa.
5. Able to work independently.
