Electrical Engineer

Engtex Metals Sdn Bhd is involved in the manufacturing of STEEL BAR & BRC and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Engtex Group Berhad, a public listed Company in the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia (KLSE). We invite applications for the following position to be based at our factory in Ijok, Selangor:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot 3-phase/415V systems and inverter drives and troubleshoot E&E faults.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic (E&E) faults.
• Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Conduct regular maintenance assessments and ensure all tasks are completed within tight schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and engineering needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on skills in managing 3-phase/415V systems and inverter drives.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
