Your job responsibilities are as below:
- Design and implement efficient and reliable network solutions, including Local Area Networks (LAN), Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN), and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware on servers and PCs.
- Maintain and support network devices such as switches, routers, access points, CCTV systems, and door access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated support issues across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Manage our IT infrastructure to enhance network security.
- Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure reliability and resiliency.
- Ensure servers and network equipment are updated with the latest firmware releases.
- Prepare and present IT infrastructure status reports to key stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage in-house audio and video systems to support organizational needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of networking operating systems, software, particularly open-source solutions.
- Hands-on experience with IT network and software security technologies, including but not limited to Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues.
- It’s a plus to possess foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and applications, including machine learning, data analysis, and AI-driven automation tools.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and systematic approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Mandarin language is mandatory.
- Competence in preparing technical documentation, task reports, and system guidelines.
