Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
From workplace amenities to soft services, you will ensure that our facilities operate efficiently while maintaining a welcoming, service-oriented atmosphere. Your focus will be on delivering a best-in-class employee experience, ensuring that every interaction, whether with the front desk, catering, shuttle, custodial, landscaping or maintenance, reflects warmth, efficiency, and care.
User Experience & Hospitality Mindset
- Foster a hospitality-driven approach to site services, ensuring employees and visitors feel welcomed.
- Continuously enhance the workplace by integrating best practices from the hospitality industry.
- Gather and act on employee feedback to improve overall satisfaction and engagement.
Employee Services & Well-Being
- Collaborate with HR and VOB to implement workplace programs that support employee well-being.
- Lead initiatives that enhance workplace convenience and on-site wellness programs.
- Drive continuous improvement in workplace services, aligning them with employees’ evolving needs.
Facilities & Site Operations
- Oversee daily operations of all site services, including transportation, cleaning, catering, landscaping, and workplace amenities.
- Ensure all facilities are maintained to a high standard, creating a comfortable and productive work environment.
- Implement comprehensive quality management program to minimize deficiencies and risk of services failure or interruption, with continuous quality improvement practices.
- Plan and execute transformation and innovation projects focused on new technology development, evaluation, and application to both existing and emerging risks.
- Implement Governance process, leveraging functional teams and active collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive efficient planning, prioritization and change controls to optimize resources and meet deadlines.
Risk Management
- Implement risk management program that identifies major risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental.
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plan and ensure effective implementation.
Procurement and Vendor Management
- Review Scope of Work, incorporating feasibility, cost, risk and technical assessment, and ensure process flow in accordance with supplier engagement guidelines and commercial process.
- Review vendor performance management programs in accordance to defined CPI/KPI deliverables.
Stakeholder Management
- Evaluate service response time and analyze service request trends and suggestions. Ensure feedback from stakeholders are responded with effective action plans.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all information and delivery of meaningful inputs across the functional in the development of management reports, progress updates and closure.
Leadership
- Create a high-performing, integrated team who are committed to delivering exceptional services. Lead by example and groom the team in achieving optimal performance.
- Promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with stakeholders, superiors, peers and subordinates. Build strong and successful strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities, hospitality or workplace experience management.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to workplace enhancements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred
- Resourceful and proactive, able to deliver results with minimal guidance.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
