Job description
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay, able to assist General Manager with daily translation tasks.
  • Assist the General Manager in completing daily documentation and administrative tasks, including: basic writing, drafting, and translation of documents, organizing meetings, writing meeting minutes, following up on sales, preparing schedule, and work reminders.
  • Proficient in using PowerPoint to create work report presentations.
  • After adaptation, familiar with the company's daily management to a certain extent, able to assist the General Manager in collecting business performance data from various departments on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, and generating corresponding reports.
  • Assist the General Manager in receiving VIP guests and maintaining good internal and external relationships.
  • Assist in arranging the General Manager’s business trips, meetings, and other activities.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
  • Strong adaptability, stress resistance, and learning ability, able to quickly adapt to the company culture.
  • Possess a certain level of responsiveness.
  • Diligent, meticulous, and conscientious at work, with good summarization skills.
