Logistic Operation Executive

Job Responsibility

• Using existing delivery dashboard to plan daily delivery
• Tracking, monitoring and updating the daily delivery operations status and ensuring DO is returned back to office.
• Arrange E-Commerce orders and deliveries to customers
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred Mandarin Speaking; speaking additional languages will be advantageous)
• Logistic planning/Administrative experience will be an advantage
• Good working attitude, responsible, sense of urgency, multitasking
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and office management software (SQL, etc.)
• Able to work under deadlines
• Skills: Microsoft Excel, Transportation Management, Transportation Planning
