• Professional qualification or a Degree/ Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy
• 3-5 years’ working experience in finance/accounting in Oleochemical/ Edible Oil/ Manufacturing industry
• Experience with SAP functionality will be advantageous

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle month end closing, including posting of journal entries, monitoring of debtors and creditors aging, bank reconciliation and balance sheet schedules
• Pro-active and able to assist Manager in banking/financing operations and electronic banking administration
• Prepare related finance/accounting reports in a timely manner to meet all internal and regulatory submission requirements.
• Preparing and review monthly closing including Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet, Trial balance for Management reporting.
• Able to perform AP, AR, and GL functions.
• Ensure the account payable, account receivable, bank reconciliation, journal and general function are performed in an effective, efficient, and timely manner.
• Ensure accounting records and systems comply with the company’s policies and bank reconciliation.
