Job Description
Responsible for arranging meeting schedule, business trips, appointment, travel arrangements itinerary and handling personal matters of Top Management
Accompany Top Management to attend social events and entertainment functions
Flexible working hour – 16 hours per shift x 3 days + 4 rest days per week
Occasional business travel is required
Job Requirements
Diploma holder or above with good command in English and Putonghua
Solid PA or secretarial experience gained with a fast moving and dynamic environment, candidate with experience in airline and/or hospitality industries is an advantage
Must possess valid driving license with solid driving experience in HKG
Polite and customer-service oriented
Mature, presentable, initiative, independent, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
