Operation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our dynamic team at Bererly Engineering (M) Sdn. bhd. (1245075-U) in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. As the Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and streamlining our day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across the organisation. What you'll be doing

1. Manage and oversee all operational activities, including logistics, inventory management, and resource allocation
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges
4. Manage and supervise a team of administrative and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
6. Analyse operational data and provide comprehensive reports to senior management
7. Continually seek opportunities for process improvements and optimisation

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar operational management role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
4. Proficient in using data analysis tools and software, such as ERP systems, to optimise operations
5. Familiarity with supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics operations
6. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
