Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.

Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company’s financial performance.

Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and investment activities.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and cost management.

Assist in financial planning and liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an added advantage). Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, taxation, and corporate governance.

Experience in financial compliance is an advantage. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
