DOCTOR ASSISTANT

• Conduct initial patient assessments, including recording vital signs, medical history, and any symptoms reported.
• Provide patient education on medications, treatments, post-care instructions, and lifestyle changes.

Clinical Procedures:

• Assist doctors during examination, preparing and sterilizing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies, maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage patient records, schedule patient appointments, ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and reorder when necessary.
• Assist with billing, insurance claims, and payment processing, if required.
• Participate in regular training, case discussions, team meetings to stay updated on new treatments and products.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in nursing, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registered Nurse (RN) License issued by the Malaysian Nursing Board.
• Needs to be proficient in Chinese, Malay, and English.
