Project Engineer / Site Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Project Engineer / Site Supervisor to join our team!

Job Description

1. To coordinate work of sub-contractors working on various phases of the project.
2. To oversee performance of all trade contractors & review architectural & engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications & regulations are being followed.
3. To attend all site meetings, technical meeting and coordination meetings during any time of the work progress.
4. Track & control construction schedule.
5. To timely record all site activities into Daily Site Diary.
6. To verify all subcontractor claims as per time frame set.
7. To coordinate and assist with final inspections; monitor completion of the contractor instruction.
8. To ensure inspection and testing activities in compliance with documented procedure.
9. To review projects at the end of the warranty period for non-compliance items. (Both).
10. To be responsible for material receiving and storage at site and forward back to HoD.
11. To ensure safety precautions are taken at all times at site.
12. To take care of maintenance at site as well as site cleanliness.
13. To ensure defects are followed up and recorded.
14. To prepare and submit master programme and site organization chart during tender and new project.
15. To monitor work progress and schedule of work to be pre-planned ahead.
16. To ensure coordination between company departments on each assigned project from initial stage of the project.
17. To monitor subcontractor and supplier supplied item performance and forward the status with regards to this to purchasing / Contract Department.
18. To comply with company ISO and HSE policy.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent for Site Supervisors.
2. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent for Project/Site Engineers.
3. Minimum 1-4 years’ (including Fresh Graduate) work experience in construction works (Junior Position).
4. Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction works (Senior Position).
5. Willing to work independently & collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
