Main Responsibilities:

Reports to: General Manager

  1. Lead and manage the HR and Administration functions, ensuring effective implementation of policies, procedures, and systems across the entire employee lifecycle, including:
  • Workforce planning
  • Talent acquisition and onboarding
  • Payroll management
  • Compensation and benefits programs
  • HR IT systems and controls
  • Training and people development initiatives
  • Serve as an HR business partner to the leadership team, driving talent strategies to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Oversee and manage the HR budget, personnel costs, and shared services expenses to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Spearhead the establishment and management of shared services functions.
  • Requirements:

    • 8 years of experience in HR, with experience in managerial level in multinational manufacturing industry.
    • Bachelor's degree in any field, strong computer skills and knowledge in HRMS.
    • Experience in matrix organization and shared services function is a plus.
    • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and good interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
    • Highly hands-on with a lean mindset, dynamic, resourceful, attention to details and independence with strong interpersonal skills and great sense of urgency.
    • Fluent in English is a must.
