Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, general ledger, bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
Accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules for reporting purposes.
Monitor cash flow requirements and ensure timely and accurate management of payables and receivables.
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
Support and facilitate the external audit exercise by preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor queries.
Draft annual statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with MFRS and other relevant statutory requirements.
Prepare quarterly tax computations. Liaise with tax agent, assist in preparing tax schedules and other tax related matters.
Liaise with bankers on other financial report submissions.
Provide supervision and guidance to subordinates as required.
Assist in other ad-hoc assignments (such as IPO due diligence/finance improvement initiatives) as required.
Job Requirements:
Possesses bachelor's degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in the Finance/Accounting field.
Experience in audit will be an added advantage.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and able to meet tight deadlines.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
