Company Background:

We are representing our client in the F&B industry. As they are growing, they are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Manager to join them.

Job Description:

  1. Handle any confidential information and matters in a highly professional and organized manner at any time during and even after your employment.
  2. Assist in handling all matters pertaining to daily operations:
    • Remind the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
    • Organize events & conferences.
    • Assist in attending to visitors, guests, and clients during functions, corporate visits, and off-site meetings.
    • Attend and prepare minutes of operation meetings, and follow up with the necessary action.
    • Accompany to meetings (if required).
  3. Conduct market research and provide necessary assistance when needed.
  4. Liase with designers, suppliers, the mall leasing team, and others for product development.
  5. Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma/Degree holders in a relevant qualification.
  2. 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant is an added advantage.
  3. Independent and highly efficient.
