1. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to advance the community banking business model through payments ecosystems.
2. Identify and maintain customer portfolio to drive business growth through nurturing relationships.
3. Lead and implement innovative approaches to engage the business community for future business activities.
4. Drive customer acquisition activities to increase deposits growth by bundling payments and CASA program and other HLBB product offerings.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to stakeholders (Branch, Sales Channels, SME, etc.) in the payments product line up.
6. Foster a culture of collaboration and cross-selling efforts to inculcate the One Bank structure.
7. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with community organizations, local businesses, and associations to expand the reach to the business community for payments business.
8. Perform evaluation, financial analysis, and recommendation on merchant business, projects, and campaigns.
9. Drive business development efforts to attract new customers and deepen existing relationships within the regional community.
10. Provide support to branches for merchant business-related inquiries.
11. Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance, and risk management within the Centre of Excellence framework.
12. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas of improvement.
13. Champion customer engagement ensuring products and services meet the unique needs of the local community.
14. Implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through personalized interactions and tailored solutions.
