Job Brief

Our client is a leading FMCG, Direct Selling, and D2C company seeking a Supply and Demand Planning Manager to ensure the efficient alignment of supply and demand within the business. This role involves demand forecasting, supply planning, risk management, and inventory optimization to meet product availability targets while managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and ensure adherence to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
2. Prepare monthly demand forecasts using historical data, marketing, and sales initiatives.
3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to gather insights on promotions, seasonality, and new product launches.
4. Develop supply plans to meet product availability (PA) targets and optimize inventory levels.
5. Manage and monitor supplier deliveries to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) targets.
6. Maintain optimal inventory levels across various locations, mitigating risks of overstock and out-of-stock situations.
7. Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
8. Prepare and analyze reports on KPIs such as PA, inventory levels, OTIF, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in supply and demand planning, preferably in Direct Selling or FMCG industries.
3. Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and demand forecasting methodologies.
4. Proficiency in supply chain planning tools such as PowerBI, SAP, Oracle, or similar software.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
