- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and relevant Science fields.
- 3+ years of experience.

A day in the life of...
- Ensure adherence to corporate and factory standards to provide consistent measuring, monitoring, and improvement of performance whilst safeguarding assets.
- Co-ordinate end-to-end, follow up & update stakeholders on digitalization initiatives & projects in factory (DMO, e-tagging, POKA). Train & coach relevant modules to management and non-management staff.
- Familiar with Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Office app integration.
- Identify areas for improvement in operations and assist businesses in driving the appropriate project.
- Conduct focused improvement projects, or coordinate and lead multi-functional teams to improve operational performance.
- Train and coach Daily Operational Review members on uses of Continuous Improvement tools.
- Review and improve business and production processes.
- Optimise the use of systems to maintain and improve competitiveness.
- Ensure the factory reporting systems in tracking performance, prioritise and monitor factory projects are well in place. Cascade factory KPIs to improvement opportunities into the factory.
What will make you successful:
- Academic experience in Information Technology, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and relevant Science/Technology fields.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Open to accepting/adapting to changes, resilience.
- Bold and able to work with/influence cross-functional teams, approaching top down/bottoms up.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI & Power Apps are additional advantages.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
