Senior Graphic Designer
Location: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur

PropNex Realty (CHERAS) is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to create visually compelling designs and impactful video content that communicate our brand and messaging effectively to clients and customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Graphic Design:

• Develop innovative design concepts and solutions for a wide range of projects, including:
  • Marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
  • Digital assets for social media campaigns, email marketing, and website visuals.
  • Event branding materials, including banners, backdrops, merchandise, and invitations.
• Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating the latest design trends, such as minimalism, bold typography, and dynamic layouts, to ensure our visuals remain fresh and relevant.
• Experiment with emerging tools and techniques to create visually stunning designs that resonate with modern audiences.

Event Design & Execution:

• Collaborate with the events team to conceptualize and design visuals for major company events, such as product launches, seminars, and networking sessions.
• Ensure that event materials, from digital invitations to on-site displays, align with the event’s theme and brand identity.
• Provide on-site design support during events to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their skills and artistic growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to meet project goals.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Portfolio:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with a proven track record in creating trend-forward designs.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, print, digital design, event visuals, and video editing projects.

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with 3D design software, AR/VR tools, or AI-driven design platforms is a plus.

Creative Mindset:

• A passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and applying them to real-world projects.
• An innovative approach to problem-solving and storytelling through design.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
