Legal Executive

About the role

As a Legal Executive at Systematic Aviation Services Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in providing legal support and advice to the company. This full-time position is based at our offices in Subang Airport, Selangor, and will see you working closely with the wider legal team to ensure the company operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
• Providing legal guidance and support to other departments within the organisation
• Conducting legal research and analysis to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations and industry best practices
• Assisting with the management of the company's legal documentation and records
• Supporting the wider legal team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

What we're looking for

• Relevant university degree in law or a related field
• 3-5 years' experience working as a Legal Executive or in a similar in-house legal role
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly
• Excellent research and analytical capabilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in using legal research tools and databases
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with the aviation industry and related laws and regulations would be an advantage
