What You’ll Do

• Lead with Vision: Drive the creative direction for diverse projects across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
• Inspire & Collaborate: Mentor a dynamic team of designers, copywriters, and creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Craft Masterpieces: Transform concepts into visually stunning and effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with trends, tech, and cultural shifts to deliver fresh, relevant, and cutting-edge designs.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven portfolio showcasing exceptional design and art direction skills across various media.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, with experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) design tools considered a plus!
• An eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding creative work.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ideally, experience in motion graphics, branding, or videography and photography.
